“You can hardly pick up a newspaper without reading of robbery or embezzlement or forgery,” said Sam Whittlesey, who owns a local business. I’ve been meaning to ask you if there isn’t some kind of policy which would take those worries off my shoulders.” “You’re in luck,” I replied with a grin. “A new Blanket Crime Policy has just been announced. It is designed for business men like you. We T call it a 5-in-l HnnI „ r contract because it combines five coverages in the one policy. Included are coverages from dishonesty of employees, loss inride the premises from robbery or burglary, loss outside me piemises (including in the living quarters of your messenger), counterfeit paper curr e n c y or money o ders, and finally, f o r g ery of checks.” “Are a l 1 those coverages automatic, or do I choose the ones I want?” Sam
asked.
“They’re all
in the policy. A single amount applies to the policy in its entirety. It eliminates trying to guess which coverages to include or how much to apply to each. This is an advantage for many businesses. Naturally, though, for those that need select ve coverages our 3-D policy is still available.” "I think the new Crime Policy fits my case.” said Sam. “Go ahead and issue it.” May we discuss this NEW coverage with YOU too?
