ELKHART, Ind., Jan. 31. Temporarily insane from brooding over imaginary domestic troubles. George II. Kaiser, 4S, foreman of the case department of the Bueseher Band Instrument Co., took his life Friday forenoon by drinking carbolic acid. He leaves a wife and six children. The body will be taken to Kdon, O., Saturday morning for burial.

SHUPERT FUNERAL TO BE

HELD THIS AFTERNOON ELKHART, Ind.. Jan. 'M. The body of Charles Shupert, who died in a Chicago horpital Thursday will arrive in Elkhart at 10:45 o'clock Saturday morning axid will be taken to the home of his brother, George D. Shupert, 11 23 Prairie St., where funerla services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Saturday. Mr. Shupert sustained the fracture of a vertebrae in a fall fr.om a Chicago & Alton engine at Bloomington. III. Wednesday. He was tightening a bolt when the wrench slipped. After the accident he was hurried to Chicago in a futile effort to save his life.
