The dining room was a profusion of beauty. The table was covered with an exquisite lace cloth, a gift to Mrs. Wood from the Bishop on his return abroad, some few years

The buffet was adorned with a beautiful wedding cake, the gift of one of the auxiliaries of Jones Tabernacle A. M. E. Zion church. In the receiving line were the daughters of Bishop and Mrs. Wood, Mrs. Arthur J. Stevens, in black lace, and pink accessories; Mrs. Ethel Wood Brodks was beau-
