fi^^The Commissioner of pension has decided that hundred-day ^idiers are entitled to Pensions in all respects the same as the three-years men. He saye: "The law under which all pensions base on service in the present war are allowed te unequivocal in it* language, making no distinction between those engaging, for a longer or shorter peri od.

B3S^~ Our sfatement yesterday morning that the sick of the 133d had arrived at Indianapolis, which was given on what we supposed good authority, we find was incorrect. Through some mismanagement they could get no farther than Louisville, and we learn are scattered through the hospitals in that city, j£fferflonville and N. Albany, all of which are crowded to overflowing. The Surgeon in charge was told that, the men could be sent no farther until the regiment camo up. A messenger was sent to Gov. Morton, apprizing him of the facts, and it is hoped transportation will be immediately furnished, at least to Indianapolir, where the men will be nearer home and rendered more comfortable.

A few of the sick boys of the 133d

regiment arrived home yesterday noon, and among them we noticed Edward B. Allen, Albert Clark and Goo. Planett. The poor fellows look very badly, and presented in their appearance a sad contrast to the healthy looking men that, they were when they started out. They speak very strongly in regard to the execrable treatment they received in Louisviie by the medicui authorities there.— One of them told us that ho had to go l.o out and buy some coal oil to kill the swarms of bed bugs, and body lice that infested the bads that they were forced 10 occupy, and for rations they were allowed hard bread and diah water coffee without any sugar in it,.— This ia most, shainesul and calls loudly for attention from the Government to this State of affairs. When well, tho sollier should receive the best of treatment, possible, lint, how much more considerately should ho bo used when he is taken sick in his country's ervico. Wo learned that there were about, sixty of the sick came up in advance of the regiment, in company with Dr. Hitchcock of whom the boys univor mlly Hpenk in the highest praise.

A singular phenomenon occurred re- jthe

Western Railroad, near Wooster, Ohio All at once the embankment and track disappeared in the most mysterious manucr.— Upon examination it was found that about a hundred feet of tho road had sunk, and was continuing to sink, while, into the cavity formed, black mud and heavy streams of water gushed from below. With the water there was thrown up a number of eyeless fish, still living. The "sink" is one of great depth, and considerable difficulty will be experienced in filling it.
