And he must prodnr« recommendations from the Regimental, Brigade,ac.t Divl.ion Co Ltnihdera under whom he formerly served, that he is worthy of being thus provided for and capable of returning adequate service the Government. In the cases of enlisted men, who have beet honorably discharged on account of disability and who desire to re-enlUt ln this corps, application must be made to the Board of Enrollment of tr« District in which they redde, for examination by the Sorgvon ot the Board. The Board of Enrollar ent ot this district is ia sessioo every day, and ready, at all times to receive and act upon these appllca tlons. Each applicant will be entitled tolls certificate who shall be able to show: 1. That he Is unfit for service ln the field.
