All of these have been given up as certain for the Administration, by the warmest Jackson papers, except one vote in Maine, nhd the late election there has removed all doubts as to that one; all, therefore for the Administration,

New York gives 30 votes. Of these,

the Nashville Republican, and other warm and leading Jackson papcrs,c laim but 14; the Administration friends alNew Jersey gives C votes, by general ticket. Tho state has been claimed t by both parties: but the recent success . , of the Administration ticket for state officers, by a very large majority, has settled the question there. Delaware gives 3 votes, by the Legislature. The late election gave the Administration two to one in that body, and has, therefore, secured it the whole votes of the state. Maryland givr. s 11 votes, by districts. The question wns pretty fairly tried, as is admitted by all panics, at the late election, and resulted in giving 8 votes certain, for the Administration, and two more are left at about a tic. Ohio gives 1C votes, by general ticket. The question has been fairly tried there, in the election which is just over, and resulted in a majority in both houses for the Administration; and Mr. Trimble received a majoiitjr of from o to C000 votes, over his Jackson compettiter, for governor. Kentucky gives 14 votes, br general ticket. The parties wrc organized, and the question faiily made, at the late election there, in which Metcalfe succeeded, by a consid. rablc maj irily over Carry, notwithstanding some hundred more votes were given in some counties along the Tennessee line, than there were pedis in Ibcm. The result of Ohio, ha do produrcd a favorable fleet upon the Administration, in Kentucky. Louisiana has not been doubted since the stale election there, and gives live votes. r.ECAITri EATiON.
