be the duty of the Borough Constable, and it

is hereby permitted to any person to kill all Dogs running at large within this Borough, without having a collar, with the initials of the owners name thereon. See. 5. That all persona driving any Cart, Waggon, Dray, Sleigh, Dearborn, or other carriage cf burden or pleasure, shall keep upon that side of the sttcet which is on his left hand ; and no person driving, leading, or having in charge any carriage of burden or pleasure, or any horse, mule or other beast, shall permit or suffer the horse, mule, or other beast he may have in ch.trge, to go in a gallop, or other immoderate gait, within this Borough, any person or persons Violating this section, shall, upon conviction thereof, upon suit brought by any person injured, or by the Constable, shall forfeit and pay three dollars. Sec. 6. That any person, other than" the Constable in the execution of his duty, who shall fire, shoot, or discharge any gun, pistol, or other firearms within this Borough, shall

forfeit and pay one dollar for each offence. Sec. 7 Any owner, or keeper of a stud horse, who shall permit such stud horse to cover a marc in any street, or lot, or between the river bank and low water mark, on the Wabash, within this Borough ; and also, any person who shall in the day time, strip himself for the purpose of swimming or bathing i;i the river in front of the Borough of Vinecnnes, shall forfeit snd pay the sum of one dollar for the first offence, and three dollars for each succeeding offence.
