in confinement in this village (San Felipe) on a charge for murdering his fellow laaveilei on the Labacha river, between this piece and San Antonio He died the day belmc his tiial ?as to have been had. The evidence ol his guilt was circumstantial entirely, but of the strongest kind. That he would have been convicted there ia no doubt, had he lived one day longer. The name of the gentleman who t?as murdered was Early i" Alabama Jour.
