The Nmemburg Correspondent of thc 22;1 inst. says it was reported at Vienna that an alliance had been entered into by England, France and Austria, to prevent the threatened aggrendizement of Russia. A German paper asset ts that 100,000 Russians an. advancing to force the passage of the Baikan mountains. The Turks, it is said, depend on their lines at Schumla, which are defended by 1 300 cannon. The Russian squadron of four ships of thc line and three frigates, under the command of Rear Amiral Ricord, passed Dover yesterday morning from the eastwaid down
