Johnston, & Samuel Judah, csqrs. for the Upper Ward ; Samuel Toml'mson, David S Bonner, & An drew Gardner, csqrs for the Middle Ward; Martin Robinson, John I Bally, and John Dunning, esqrs. for the Lower Ward On Monday last, the following gentlemen were elected officers of the Vinccnnes Li brary, to serve the current year, viz Isaac Blackford, President ; J hn Badol let, Jacob Kuykepdall, Edas McNimee, Samuel Hill, and Samuel Judah. Directors; Cud J. C. S Harrison, Librarian. The Wabash river continues in good navigable older, and boats arc continually passing out, freighted with the produce of the Country.
