Mr. Ritner, Speaker of the Pennsylvania House ol Beprcsentatives, was chosen president, Jesse Hue!, of New-York, and Erisby nighman,of Marybnd, vice presidents. Mr. Ualsted of N. Jersey, and Xledvvood Fisher of Pa. secrctatics. There were delegates present from Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New-York, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsv lvania, Rhode Island, Vermont k Virginia.
