PUBLIC NO VI AN ACT to authorize the Legislature of the State of Ohio to sell the lands heretofore appropriated for the use of Schools in that state. BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of A mrrica in Congress assembled. That the legislature of the state of Ohio shall be, and is hereby, authorized to sell and convey, in fee simple, all, or any part, of the lands heretofore reserved and appropriated by congress.
