After performing the dutie9 of his station with much ability, Mr. Winner was present, and voted for Independence, on thu fourth of July, 1776. Of this fact, no doubt tan reasonably ;xist. His presence U attested by the following extract from the Journals of Congress, recording his appointment, to perform certain service on that day.
