It was proven by these witnesses that the corporation was indebted, in nunc than double the amount of money deposited with them for safe-keeping. Bndinot one of those witnesses, deposes that such was the condition of the bank in April 1321, and for two years previous thereto, and that they had loaned out the money deposited with them by the U.
