passed April 23d, 1 823 BE it ordained by the Board of Trustees cf the Borough of Vincennes in Common Council met and it is hereby ordained by the awhority cfortsaid, That the occupters, as well as owners of inn or town lots shall be, and they are hereby made subject to the same duties in regard to the removal of nuisances, as the owners of lots now are by the existing ordinances ; and in case of refuial or neglect to remove the same, shall be subject to a like remedy as is now provided against said owners.
