IX CHAXCERY. nOHIS day came the complainant, by 11 his council, and Caleb Crawford, one of the defendants not having entered his appearance agreeably to law and the rules of this court, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that he is not an inhabitant of this state therefore, on motion of the said complainant, by his council, it is ordered by the court, that unless the said Caleb Crawford docs appear here on or before the first day of the next April term of this court, and answer the complainants bill, the same will be taken as confessed and it is further ordered that a copy of this order be inserted in the Western Sun, at least four weeks in succession.
