North, addressed to all the Sovereigns

The Austrian troops, now on the route or Italy, consists of 32 battalions ofm-

squadrons of light cavalry. Thev will
arrive between the 16th and 24th inst. at
Previso, where they will receive the or
ders for their ulterior destination. There are now strong Austrian garrisons at Bo-
ognoand at Commachio. A private letter from London, dated ugust 15, published in the Washington
