James Monroe, President of the United States, do hereby declare and make known that there -will be offered at public sale, at Shawnectown in the Illinois Territorv,tlve following townships and fractional townships, north of the base line, vrz : On the firrt Monday of December next, Townships 1 to 4, in range I E. of the 3d principal meridian. Townships 1 to 6 in range 81 do. I to 7, do 3, do. 1 to 7, do. 4, do. On the first Monday of February next, Townships 1 to 7. in ranges 5, and 6 E. of the 3d principal meridian.
