James Monroe, President of the United States, do hereby declare and make known that there -will be offered at public sale, at Shawnectown in the Illinois Territorv,tlve following townships and fractional townships, north of the base line, vrz : On the firrt Monday of December next, Townships 1 to 4, in range I E. of the 3d principal meridian.
