Captain Taylor arrived at New-York in 23 days from Tobago, brings information that a Spanish schooner had entered tl at port from Au -tistura, wit advices i h it the royalists had been completely defeated at the latter place Eighteen vessels in ail had escaped passengers, six of wliich had passed Tobago.
