NEW FRENCH CONSTITUTION. s C0NSIRVATIV1 SENATE. Extract from the register of the confervative fenate, oi Wednelclay the 6th of April. The confervative fenate deliberating upon the plan of the conftitution pre fen ted to it by the provitional government, in ex cution of the act of the fenate of the ill inft. After having heard the report of a fpecial commiflion of feen members, decree as follows : Art. r.
