who Ihall after the firft day of February next, furnifh, or procure to be culiited according to law, an able bodied man to ferve for the term ot five years or during the war. Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That any non-commiiiiontd officer, mufician and private, who has been recruited in ihe regular army of the U. States, under the authority of the act of 8th April., 18 1:2, entitled "An aft in addition to the aft entitled 1 an act to raife an additional military force, !; parted January II, 1812, may be re enlifted for the teim of five yeatsor during the war, and that every non-coinmifii oned ofheer, mufician and private, recruited under authority of the aft of 29th January, IS I 3, entitled 44 An aft in addition to the aft. entitled 1 an aft to raife an additi onal military force, and for other purpofes M may be re enidled for five years or during the wr.r.
