ded from the city of Philadelphia after having negociated the faid Redlor's notes and whereas, one of the faid Shaefer's notes, given as aforcfaid to the faid Reclor, has been forwarded to the city of Philadelphia, where they were contracted for acceptance, and been protellcd for non-acceptance, the faid Shaefer not being to be found.
