We have this day commenced the publication of tw o letters from Governor HarriCon, to Governor Scott, of Kentucky, on the difcipline of the Militia of the United States the importance of the subject is fuflicient to demand the particular attention of our readers. Extract of a letter from a gentleman at Kafkufkia, to the Editor, dated, July 28th, 1810. 4 The alarms of Indian hoftility feems tofubfide, except to the Southward 1 law a letter a few days ago from lieut. Extract of a letter from a commercial houfe of the fir it refpectability, dated Liverpool, May 15, 1810. ' We arc informed that nir. Pinkney is at Itagth ispoflcflion of the French decree, by which all American property isfequellrated, as likewife the imperative order for all citizens of the United States to quit the French territories without delay, under pain of imprifoitment. This decree Was puffed as far back as the 23d of March, but notpubliflif-cl until the 8th of May. It is tranfmitted to all the Northern powers for their adoption."
