Sec. 3. And be it further enatted, That

Sec. 4. And be it further enactea, l hat
at the expiration of fifteen months from & after the palling of this act, and from time to time thereafter, it (hall be the duty, of
the fecretary of the department ot war, to lay fuch evidences of claims as he may have
received before the lecretary ana comptrou ler of the treafurv. and with them proceed
to examine the teftimony, and give their
judgment, what quantity of land ought to be allowed to the individual claimants, in proportion to the degree of their refpective
fervices, faenhces and luttenngs, in coniequence of their attachment to the caufe of . . ..

all claims in virtue of faid refolutions of congrefs, which (hall not be exhibited as
aforefaid within the time by this act limited

ed. That no patent (lull be iffued to any
perfon who (hall hereafter eftablifh his
claim under the laid act, until he produce
fatisfactory evidence to the fecretary ot the treafury, that he is at the time then being, a rcfident within the United States.

United States of America in Congress assembled That for de-fraying the expencca of thena vy of the United States, during the year one thoufand eight hundred and ten, the following fumsbe, and the fame are hereby refpectpely appropriated, that is to fay : For the pay and fubfiftence of theefficera and pay of the feamen, feven hundred and eighteen thoufand, one hundred and fifteen dollars. For provifiens, threei hundred and fifty three thoufand fix Hundred and ten dollar! and eighty four cents. - For medicines, inftrumeitts, and hofpital (lores, dxteen 'thou f nd dollars.
