THE WESTERN SUN, IS printed weekly at TWO DOLLARS, paid in advance, or an attested NOTE, payable at the end of the year for TWO DOLLARS and FIFTY CENTS. No Subscription will be received for a Iess term than one year and will not be discontinued until all arrearages are paid. Advertisements of no more length than breadth will be published at FIFTY CENTS for the first insertion, and TWENTY-FIVE CENTS for every after insertion. To avoid unpleasant disputes, it is requested of advertising customers, that
they particularly specify the time their
advertisements are to be continued. Those sent without such directions will be continued till forbid, and must be paid for accordingly. All letters addressed to the Editor, must be post paid or they will not be taken out of the office.
JOURNALS OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE INDIANA TERRITORY, ( Continued.) Tuesday 18th Oct. 1808. The House met according to adjournment. The House according to the order of the day resoived itself into a committee of the whole House, on the act from the Legislative Council, entitltd an act to amend an act entiled an act concerning executions, and after some time spent therein mr. Speaker resumed the chair, and mr. Biggs reported that the committee had according to order had the said act under consideration, and have made no amendments thereto. Ordered that the said act be engrossed for a third time now, whereupon the said act being read a third time. On Motion, Resolved that the said act do pass and that the title be as aforesaid.
