RUNAWAY from negro man named BILL.

when he went away, five

feet nine or ten inches high, a likely well made fellow, straight nose, thin lips, has a

small cast with his eyes, speaks plain and

very sensible, has some spots on his neck and collar bone occasioned by a burn, some stripes on his back towards his right side under his shoulder blade, occassioned by whipping, may have some scars on his legs near his ancles, occasioned by being ironed, a large flat foot, he is very inqenious, can work at rough carpenter work, could play some on the fiddle; whosoever takup said negro and brings him to the subscri ber living in Broke county, state of Virginia eight miles from Charlestown and five from Stubanvill, shall have the above reward paid by me. RICHD. WELLS. May the 24, 1808. N. B. Has holes in his ears to ware bobs.

C O R Y D O N, THE SEAT OF JUSTICE OF HARRISON COUNTY T HE Legislature of the Indiana Territory hiving laid off a new County taken from tbose of Knox and Clark, and ellablished the feat of Justice thereof at the Town of CORYDON; the proprietor, will expose to sale on the premises to the highest bidder, the lots in the said Town on Friday the 11th of November next.--This Town is handsomely situated at the Junction of little and big Indian Creeks and unites in itself as many advantages as any other inland site in the Territory.
