No Subscription will he received for a Iess term than one year—and will not be discontinued until all arrearages are paid. Advertisements of no more length than breadth will be published at FlFTY CENTS for the first insertion, and TWENTY-FIVE CENTS for every after insertion. To avoid unpleasant disputes, it is requested of advertising customers, that they particularly specify the time their advertisements are to be continued. court, as a caurt cf law or equity ; and that the fliares in faid company fhall be deemed perfonal, and not re-1 property, and transferable in fuch manner at the company fliall direct ; and that the fliares hrld by any individual fliall be liable to be attached, or taken by fieri facias, to fatisfy the debts due from fuch individual in like manner af other peifonal property may be.
