BE it enacted by the Senate and House of representatives of the Uvited Stairs of America in Congress assembltd That a fum ef money not exceeding three hurdrt d thoiifand dollars; be and the f' me s heieby appropriated, out of any monin in the treafury not otherwife appropriated, foi the purpofe of procuring by purrhafe, or caufing to be manufactured within the United States', and under the direaion of the Prefident of the United States, an additional number offtandsof arms to be depofited in fafe and fuitable places.
