It was enacted that for the difpofal of the lands of the United States, lying on the river Ohio, between the Cincinnati and
Vinrennes diftrias, a Land Office fliould

further enacted, that the lands aforefaid, with the exception of certain tracls there
in excepted, be. offered for fale to the high-
el bidder at the place aforefaid on fuch
iy or days as Hull by a blic Proclama-
tion of the Prefidentof the' United States,
be defignated for. that purpofe, in trafts of
the fame fize, and on the fame terms and
conditions as are provided for the lands
north of the river Ohio, and above the
mouth of Kentuc ky river.
