If any non refident claiming lands in tbis territory either by entry, patent, deed for conveyance bond for conveyance, or other evidence of claim, his or h?r aj;ent or attorney, Hull negltct or rcfufe te lift his or her lands with the afiVifor of the county where fuch land may have been
