Extract from the law for levying and collecting a tax on land, and for other purposes. Be it enabled &c. That the courts of common pleas
of the leveral counties in this
teritory, shall within fifteen
cdays after the first day of January nextm and within 15 days after the first day of January quadrenially, thereafter, or at any special court
by them to be appointed for
that purpofe, which they are hereby authorifed at an v time
