The Doyleetown Democrat has the following: We understand that some
persons, while passtog along the Dela
ware, on the Jersey side, a few miles a hove Trenton, happening lo look into out of the fishing-house?, which abound along the- shore, and at this season of the vear
are unoccupied, discovered three dead bodies, and on going a little further,
found the corpse of a woman. He went in search of some of the neighbors, who, when they had collected together, succeeded after some difficulty in getting the
body oi the woman earned into the hou with the others. A physician was sent for, to make an examination, who, we learn, gave it hie opinion that they died of Cholera. The bodies were in a com
plete state of putrefaetion, and nobody could be found (o bury them. It was then deemed advisable to fire the building, which was done, and the bodies consumed in it. They were workmen from
the Raiitan canal.
The undersigned indulges in the hope,
that prompt payment will be made.
For the convenience of the public he
