Honors Mellins At Last Meeting March 21st was the last meeting of the year that Mr. and Mrs David Mellin would serve aa Worthy Matron and Patron of the Walkerton Chapter of the Order of Eas‘ern Star After greeting all, Mrs. Mellin gave an appropriate poem on "Friends of which they have many, judgin; from the well-fill-d sid< lines th at night Regular business being disposed of, the Sideliners were honored and presented with foilwrapped Kiuiter eggn, as a sma 1 token of appreciation for their faithfulness, help and co-opera-tion. The Worthy’ Matron then gave a summary of her year in the East, after which the Worthy Patron also express’ d his pleasure at serving in the East, and invited all to stay for refreshments after the meeting. "Pat" then read a lovely poem, "Give The World Your Best." The Blblo and Floral ceremonlies were given for our new member. Mrs Wm Rhodes, after which the Worthy Matron presented her with a bouquet of flowers in the colors of the Rtar Points. Chapter wax closed in regular Walkerton Independent Robert E.
