Tha business meeting consisted of plans fcr a bake sale July 9th, the proceeds to go toward expenses for the adoption of an Amei ican Indian child the club has voted on. Nineteen children and nineteen adults were present to enjoy an aAeinocn and evening < f fellowship, horse shoe, badminton and croquet. Tlie July met ting will be held nt the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Burch with Mr and Mrs. Jack Ryan a s co-hosts. Pony League Again Tied The Powell-Mann team won their first game defeating Hiatt’s 15-9. to move into a 3rd place tie with 1-1 markers. Roy Alien was the winning pitcher and Jake Baron the loser. The bouffant floor-length skirt swept to a chapel train in back in two pointed tiers, with a bordered edge. Her veil cf impoited silk illusion fell from a Swedish crcwn of sequins and seed pearls.
