South Bend. cousin of the bride, was maid of honor She wore a white nylon sheer fashioned with a high scoop neck. The co ktail length skin was knife pleated with a cummerbund effect at the waistline accented by a flat bow. She wore a matching white bandeau headpiece attached to a circular nose veil. She carried a pink cascade bouquet of roses. Miss Jacqueline Coddens, South Bend, cousin of the bride, was bridesmaid and was dressed identical to the maid of honor. Dipert - Porter Miss Patricia Mae Dipert, da ighter of Mr and Mrs. Dana 1 Dipert .and Eiwatd George Porter. son of Mr and Mrs. Fled Porter, were united in marriage Saturday at 7:30 pm. in the Evangelical United Brethren ( hurch at Grovertown Rev. White of Donaldson, pe.r---t rmed the double ring ceremony. The bride was lovely in a floorhngtn gown of white lace over taffeta, with Empire waistline, pleated ba< k panel, high-pointed tolhucd jacket with long sleeves and bridal points over the hands. Her veil was ballerina length of tulle with a floral headpiece. She carried a Bride s Bible and roses Miss Penny Mae Mcntz of Palos Heights, Illinois, was maid of honor. The bridesmaids were M.ss Bonnie Dipert .sister of the bride and Miss Gail Reid of Koontz Lake. Their dresses were identical pink nylon organza with lace midriff. V-back neckline, and a small veil held by a velvet headband. Their corsages were white and blue carnations. The flower girt was dressed in blue nylon organza with a floral headband. The bride’s mother wore a twopiece faille sheath dress with •beige accessories and a corsage of pink carnations. The mother of the groom wore a 2 piece pink lace dress with pink accessories and a corsage of white carnations.
A reception was held in the Grovertown Conservation Club "house for approximately 150 guests. . The bride and groom are both graduates of Walkerton High School The < >uple are now at home P Rt 3. It is estimated that at least one out of every nine vehicle* on the road ha* at least one defect which could cause a serious crash. On the basis of vehicles either inspected or not Inspected, about 200,000 cars and trucks are operating in Indian* with improper headlights, tad I lights or turn signal*.
