Improved efficiency and economy in operation, of Indiana government will be accomplished after completion next year of the new State Office Building now under construction.' Cummings, for being cited for excellent performance in spor's and military performance while at U.S Naval Station, Bermuda. | Foster participated in two .years of Navy Intramural basketball, be ing on the runner-up team during the 58-59 season. He also participating in sports, Mr. Foster was which was also runner-up on the Naval Station. Other than participating nn sports, Mr. Foster was one of the important co-workers in organizing, planning, ami managing little league baseball for children of enlisted men and officers.
