The school will be under the personal direction of Miss Mary Bowen, graduate home economist, special representative of the Spry Kitchen in Cambridge, Massachusetts, lecturer and writer on food subjects and recognized authority in the food world. Walkerton Edges Out Mill Creek, 27 to 24 Outpointed 11 to 6 in the first quarter, Mill Creek's Wildcats could not get their bearings again, and chased a visiting Walkerton team under the wire, 27 to erton team under the wire, 27 to 24, at Mill Creek Saturday night. Walkerton ‘held the upper hand, 19 to 14 at the half, and 23 to 20 at the three quarter pole. R. Snyder of Mill Creek was the leading scorer of the game, canning four fielders and a free throw for nine points. Trost and Huhnke topped the victors with five points each. Walkerton’s reserves won the preliminary game in a walk, 28 to 9.
