You’re all invited, so come and make these new people one of US. A baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Bierly at Holy Family hospital, Tuesday morning, Feb. 17. A baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Scofield, RFD 1, Walkerton, at Epworth Hospital, South Bend. Thursday, Feb. 12. Mrs. Peter McCoy, of Grovertown, underwent an operation for la ruptured appendix at Holy Family hospital Friday. Her condition is considered good. Clyde Walz, Dr. Burton Furst, Wayne Burch. F. S. Leßoy, Claude Morris and Charles Finch attended the dinner meeting of the Knife it Fork club at the Indiana club, South Bond, Tuesday evening. Dr. V. B. Wolfe and his son, Teddy, figured in an automobile accident in Wanatah Saturday night when his car was hit. by another doctor. The body of his car was damaged somewhat and one tire badly cut. You are invited to the Methodist church next Wednesday evening to a chicken pie supper which will be served from 5 to 8 p. m. Glen Mattock received several cuts and bruises on his ham! and body Saturday evening when he was struck by a car driven by Arthur Kassabaum while riding his । bicycle on road 23 north of Walkerton near the Freese filling station.
