The boy’s name has not yet been learned. The value of the broken glass was about 140. • Roy Sheneman, of North Liberty, will be deputy prosecutor for Prosecutorelect Cyrus E. Pattee. He will move to South Bend about January 1. Mr. Sheneman is a graduate of Indiana University, and of the Indiana Law School at Indianapolis, and is regarded as a capable young man. Rayon Beall thinks that moving is a pretty tough proposition. He is not accustomed to it. Hie removal to town ' last week was his first experience of the kind in 41 years, that being the length of time Mr. and Mrs. Beall had lived on the old home farm when they took up their residence in town last week.
