We think it very nice, with h single draw back. Tho foundry man failed to send us any Italic. On this account we cannot bo as emphatic this week as we might desire. The number of pupils has been increased since our former refer, ence to it. On Thursday night of Inst week, as anight train neared Be!lefontainc,a soldier onboard infuriated from some cause, made an attack on a lady, wounding her ceverely across the breast. A captain springing to her relief, was wounded severely in the mouth and face. The assistant Superintendent, Canby, was the next victim, being severely, perhaps mortally wourded in the abdomen. Conductor Sije tinally secured the kn, receiving himself a severe wound. On the same night a train was thrown from the track between Cavry'i and La Uue, by a de fective rail. Several passengers slightly injured. J. 15. Harrison will preach at Flood's Mooting House, at 11 A. M. on Sunday, May 17th.
