Wabash Foundry at Auction. PHE Wabash Foundry, put up in TerreFlaute during the summer of 1851, is now offered for sale. Its location is the best of any in Terre-Haute, being nearer to the bridge across the Wabash and to ihc business part of the city. The lot is a coiner orte, 75 by 15(1 feet covered in part by two frame buildings which are connccted by a good enclosed shed £5 by 17 feet.
The main building is 20 by CO feet, and contains a cupola, moulding floor, &c., and a pattern shopup stairs. The moulding floor can be enlarged at any time. The back buildings S3 by -MS feet is suitable for a Smith and Plough shop of for other purposes.
It is now in good running order, being well supplied With machine^, stove, HolloW-ware and other Patterns and HIaSkit. It is furnished with horse power, but having an improved tun, irou can be mbde as good asat any Foundry in this place using steam. Steam power can be attached with little expense.
The Founderies In operation arc pressed with business and for want of sufficient capacity to execntc every order with promptness, much trade that legitimately belongs to Terre-Haute, is compelled to go elsewhere, often to Cincinnati and Pittsburgh.
The above property will he sold at public auction on the last day of June, 185:i.
