NOW THEREFORE, In pursuance of lbs requirements of An act to amend an act entitled on act for the incorporation of Insurance Companies, defining their powers and prescribing the duties," approved March 2,1855, having presented satisfactory evidence to me of full compliance to the requirements and specifications of that act, I, Hiram E. Talbott, Auditor of the Stale of Indians, do hereby certify that Wm. E McLean & A. B. Crane, Of Terre Haute, as the A gouts of said Companies, are authotized to transact the business of INSURANCE as the Agents of said Companies in this State, up to January 1st, 1857, to the extent that tlwy may be commissioned and appointed by the said Companies.
