BOTLE CODSTT, Ky., Oct. 6,1851.

Dr. Joan Bull: Dear Sir—I have seen the most warTol ous cure of one of my patients, by your valuable medicim —an old lady, who had been atticted from her chitdhooo irlth scrofula, and rarious dUeases of the brain. She tthj dxty years old. It had run into something like U*pro^r tnd she was the inont frightful creature my eyes ere) geheld. I called in It. Mcifadden, a Tery fine yhy.iician jo consult with me in relation to her. We ciune to tht inclusion that it was out of our power to relieve ber but going to my office, I accidentally picked up one of youi Journals, when, on seeing the wonderful cures your Sarxajarilla had effected, I resolvad to try the experiment in thii jase. 1 took her two bottles of it, after takiug which 1 Mrceired a great change. 1 took hur some more. She L« sow taking the sixth bottle, and I consider her eutirelj Hired. 1 take great pi assure in recommending your Far aparilla to the afilictvd ptiblio.

Yours respectfully,

JOHN M. ROSS, M. D.

I, Thomas A. Ringo, of Graves Co., Ky., for the benefit rf mankind generally, do hereby certify, that on or about the 16th day of October, 184". I was attacked with a very *vere pain in the lower part of the abdomen, which lasted oat a few minutes, and moved into the left hip, and con tinued exceedingly painful for about five days, during which time I had a very light fever. At the end of thai ime the fever ceased, and the pain abated for a day or two, ifter which it again returned, and was much worse than oefore. During all this time I was under medical treatment. From a short time after I was taken, I was uuable walk or sit up the hip iu which the pain was so bad commenced rising, until some time in January, when it ourst, and a number of pieces of bone came on:—as many is twenty, at least. Some of the pieces were three-fourths fan inch long. Some time after this, a hard knot appeared on my right liip, also one on my right wrist, and 3ne on my leg, below my knee. I cootrnued to get weak ind worse, and pain made i-'* appearance In my rig'-".' ihouldvr, and would move in my breast and stomach. At this time all persons gave me up to die. A physician Mtcn told nie that, as a last remedy. I had better use MK. BULL'S FLUID EXTRACT OF SARSAI'AIULLA. After he use of the secoud bottle, the knot on my wrist commenced getting soft. I opened it, and a day or two after, piece of bone came out. My wrist soon got well, and 1 •ontinucd to gain strength. After I used the third bottle, could get no more for some four weeks, after which tiruv succeeded in getting three more bottles. After using the three last bottled, the knot on my hip became soft it was ipened, and some corruption ran out, together with a mail piece ef bone, and the sore soon got well, and the *not entirely diappeared. The sore on my leg also opened, ind apiece of bone came out. I continued the use of the Barsaparilln until 1 used twelve bottles, and am now mtlrcly well, and able to do daily labor. It may seem rtrange to some, but I will here state that, during the lumnier of 1840,1 coughed up three pieces of bone, which yf«« now be seen at the resid«*nce of my uncle, Thoe. Can the render believe, after reading the description ol ibe above numerous cures, that there is still a few human icings, suffering with disease, that refuse to give Bull's Jairaparilla a trial. It is indeed hard to believe, but nevirtheless, it is too true. What kind of testimony would it ake to convince the few remaining disbelievers, that Bull's netUcine will do more even than it promises'? The doctor sonld produce another and another rare performed by his nedkiine but if the cases published above will not con/ico the sceptical, it is useless to produce any more, and. ndeed, it would cost a fortune to publish the many certiicates that have been showered on Dr. Bull. Every articlo h« oflers for sale is made in his own shop, and under his personal superintend* nee, from the raw material. And in this particular ho claims to have it in his power to offer inducements, far superior to any other dealer in the West.

Having recently made large additions to. his manufacturing department in the way of room, machinery, and a greater number of workmen, he hopes to be able to supply th« increasing demand.

Dealers who have been accustomed to making their purchases in the eastern cities, will find that they can do equally as well here in point ot price and quality, and in addition to this they can always buy just what they want, and may fill up their stocks as they may desire, without the inconvenience of waiting six weeks or two months for a supply from the F!a«t.

The undersigned would also call attantion ol dealers to his Improved Ox vjren Lard Lamp. This Lamp is so constructed 'lint the entire top can b« removed (or the purpos* of trimming ntw cleaning. In addition to this they are much (p icker, and of coarse can be i*ld at a reduced |ie ihisseason. They are acknowledged to be the best and cheapest Lard Lamp ever introduced
