HMIE undersigned has taken an office in the city of Washington, and proposes to practise law before the Supreme Court ot the United States, the Board of Commissioners on Mexican Claims appointed under an act ol Congress of March 3d, 1849, and anv other boards of commissioners lor adiudicaung claims which may be established.

Claims tor spoliation by the French prior to 1800 will also receive tlie attention of the undersigned and if a board shall be erft/Hjidied for their adjustment, he proposes to unA ^l^e the agency of such claims.
