It Is no less a dilty than a pleasure to state, for the benefit df the affllctedt that I coiisider WISTAR'S BALSAM OF WILD CHERRY a great blessing to the human race. Having tried it in a case of severe affliction of the LungPi I unhesitatingly fecommend it to those similarly afflicted, as tlie best remedy I have ever tried, and one which cured me when physicians said 1 must die, and wherl I thought myself that my time to depart wtts near at hand.-

On or about the 13th day df1 October, 1841,1 was tdken with a violent pain in the side, near the liver, which continued for about five days, and was followed by tho breaking out of an ulcer or ail abcess 'Which relieved the pain a little but caused tile td throw up a great quantity of offensive matter, and also much blood. Being greatly alarmed at this, I applied td a physician but hei replied that he thought he cdiila do but little for me, eftcept gitre me sdme mercury pills, which I refused to take, feeling satisfied that they could dd no gddd. Many other remedies Were then procured by my wife and friends, but none did me any godd and the discharge of blddd and corruption still continued eVery few days, and at last became so oftensive that I could scarcely breathe. I waa also seized With a violent cotigh, which at times caused me to raise more blood than I had done befofe and my disease continued in this way, still growing worse, tintil February, when all hope df my recovery was given lip, and tny frienda all thdught I would die of a galloppirtg consumption. At this moment, When my life Was apparently drawing near its close, 1 heard Of Dr. WtsTAR'S BALSAM OF WIJ.D CHERRY arid got a bottle, which relieved me immediately and try the user of only three bottles df this medicine, all my pains were removed my cdugh a fid spittirig of blood and cdrruptidn entirely stopped, and in a few weeks my health was restored, sd as td enable mo to wdrk at my trade, (which is a carpenter,) and up td this time 1 have enjoyed godod health.
