On the following morning it was ascertained that some of the bridges had given way, and the passenger cars obstructed in their usual trips. The last Indiana Journal has the following from one of the Agents. which shows that passengers are again carried through. The Agent says: "The passenger trains are now making their regular trips, being connected at the scene of destruction by a boat bought from Madison for that purpose by Mr. Vance, our newly appointed conductor, who is deter-
