THE COUNTERFEITER'S DEATH BLOW.
nnHG public will please to observe that no Brandeth'e Pills are genuine unless the box hss three labels upon it. each containing a fac simile «ignatnre of my hand writing, thus, B. Brandreth. These labels are engiaved on steel, beautifully designed, and done at an expense of several thousand dollars. *.
The Brandreth PiHs.
The remarkable cures which have been effected by Brandreth's Pills, hftv* sstonished the whole medical faculty, many of whom have conceded that they are tbe greatest blessing that ever was given to the world.
The reason these relebrat»d Pills hsve such a universally rood effect, is, because tbeir action harmonises with the human body.
Whenadooeof Brandreth's Pills are taken, thevare digested and pass to every part of the system but they le«ve the body when thev have effected the intended purpose, and health and vigor are by them nsured.
Mineral medicines mav enter the system, but they are with difficulty got out again ard thev always occasion pain and misery while tbey remain iif tha body.
Whereas Brandreth's Pills are as innocent as apiece of bread, and are evacuated with the disease for which thev are taken.
From the time we are born to the time we cease to breathe, ocr, bodies are constantly wasting, and as constantly building up. The action of :he atmosphere wears or wastes thorn. The food we eat the digestive, organs convert intu blood, which renews or builds uo br its circulating power. /Thus the human body is healthy when thoblood circulates freely, and when anything prevents it* fre* course through the vain*, disease commences.

Hundreds are new living in good health, that Consumption seemed to bava marked for an earl jr grave, who'owe their piesertation to the use of this iavaluable medi cine.

Liverwort evea io the common way of preparation, is univeraally known as tbe best article for diseases oi* the Lungs, ever discovered and it is Obvious that a highly concentrated preparation, securing the whole virtue of this inestimable herb, must be invaluable. Moreover, this media"ae contains tbe medical properties of the Bugleweed, Lungwort, Fever Root, and and.many other roots and herbs. It is also warranted not to contain any meteary, mineral, or mineral jfteparalion ai.d $1000 reward will be given any person who will prove this medicine to contain any minerals, of any kind. Such hrs been thasucceiS of this Balaam, that it is warranted incapable of producing, in any in. stance, injurious effects. Within the last few years tbe calls for this sovereign remedy ha*e heen immense beyond precedent and its reputatioh sustained from Maine to Mobile thus proving the confidence bestow ed upon a simple medical preparation, purely vegeta ble, and the unuttial aftonishing effect attending its use. Physicians, too, from a conviction of its mildness, safety aim surceis, employ it in their practice, recommend it to their patients, and esteem this medicine sftfe and invaluable particularly as it does not interfere with any other medicine, patients may be^taking at the same time nor restiict them to any peculiarity of diet, confinement, fc thu* enabling persons to receive the fall benefit of this medicine, and follow at the same tine, if they wish, the advice of tbeir physician

But it is a remarkable fact, however myaterioua and unaccountable it may appear, that each and all of these species of Ague, have a fourteenth-day crisis, in which «h«yirnfy h« cured with certainty, tut by neglecting which they can only be cured by chanee. DrMoffst^a directions for taking the medicines in this disesss. are therefore these:-First, take two of the Life Pille at bedtime, and next morning before breakfast a full' wine glass of the Phcenix Bitters in sbout the same quantity of e^ter, and half a wine glass more ins full wine glass of water, abdut half an hour before sasli rn^l during the day. On the second night tsks thres' pitls and the hitlers as before on the third night four pills snd the bitten ss before, snd continue taking four pills every night for thres nights more, with bitters during the day. On or before ths seventh! day, the Acne will seem :o be entirely cured, and the patient will feel well, hungry, and hearty, but he must nevertheless continue to take tbe bitters aa before prescribed, until and on tlie fourteenth day, with two pills^ every night after the seventh day. Re will then, snd not until then, with positive and invariable certainty, be permanently oured, not only of Fever and Ague but of whatever billious and liver a Sections it may hava superinduced or even in any way connected. If, however, the patient ahould by any neglect, or undue confidence in restored health, omit to take tbe Phoenix Bitters in the full quantities prescribed, st lesst threes times on the fourteenth day. Dr. Moffiri must not be blamed if the disease should return, acd ths patient should learn wisdom from affliction, and go through' another course of the medicines for a fortnight longer.^ Obeying these instructions, however, he will be so thoroughly cured, (hat he mey bid defiance to ths dis* ease, however unhealthy may be hia location or preva-' lent the malady around him. For children between!' seven and lourteen years of age. half of the lbove quantities of ihe medicines will auffics lor younger children, a quarter of thoec quantities, to be increased ordiminished in proportion as the age varies from sdvan--cedchildhood to infancv. For very young children, small quantities of the bitters only will aleue be necessary.
This trestraent, with these supremely effect us] "Life Medicines," has been perfectly triumphsnt in the worst regions of the Southern and Western country, snd a-4 round the northern lakes, whern the malady prevail*' with the universality of an epidemic, and the demands
for this sovereign remedy has been far greater than the, supply.
