We regret exceedingly to statfe that the balloon is very much injured. It is split entirely from the tdp to the ^bottom, and around the lower part, or month, it is very much shattered, ft is impossible Fo say whether it can be repaired or not at any rate, if it is done, it will require at least three weeks.
