the public that tbe drawing of BREW* ITT'S CREEK LOTTERY is postponed until the 15tb of November, owing to the insufficiency of the health of the Proprietor to aitend to either the dintribution of tickets or any thing else but the public may rest assured tbat the drawing of said Lottery will snd must take place either on the above date, or so soon as twentv-eight hundred of the tickets are disposed of. There are number now sold and, inasmuch as there area number of the prizes of a perishable nature, therefore, tbe proprietor binds him*, self to cash all prizes that he may not be sble to produce, within ten days after the drawing is completed, if demanded, to the person holding tbe ticket or tickets, witbc* reasonable discount therefrom.
