The first honor was awarded him by he Hamilton county Society, m lb.5J.and again in 1831. I ht rows were Ti urchased of the Shakers in Warren county, Ohio, iu 1837, by Mr. Jcsiah 1 Lawrence, of Cincinnati, and is some ol their choice stock. The mot of them are from Baldwin.'!Mohawk and Reformer; all of which are thorough-bred bulls, and are celebrated in Ohio and Kentucky. I have not been abie to obtain a full pedigree of the cows; but hope to do so by the day of sale.
